Treatment Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Siren Cosmetic Clinic. Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions before booking or receiving any treatment.

Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or directly at the clinic.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if notice is given.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in a forfeit of your deposit or a fee.

  • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.

Consultations

  • A consultation is required prior to certain treatments, especially injectables and advanced skincare.

  • All consultations are confidential and tailored to your needs and medical history.

Medical Disclosure

  • Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments prior to booking.

  • Failure to do so may result in complications, and Siren Cosmetic Clinic cannot be held liable.

Treatment Suitability

  • Not all treatments are suitable for every individual. Our practitioners reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if they believe it is not in the client’s best interest.

Results Disclaimer

  • While we strive to achieve optimal results, outcomes may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

  • Multiple sessions may be required for best results.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for services rendered.

  • Refunds on prepaid packages may be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of management.

Minors

  • Clients must be 18 years or older for injectable treatments unless accompanied by a legal guardian and assessed for suitability.

  • We do not perform cosmetic treatments on minors without explicit consent and assessment.

Aftercare

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided for each treatment and must be followed carefully.

  • Siren Cosmetic Clinic is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client information is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with our privacy policy.

  • Images or testimonials will not be used for marketing purposes without your written consent.
